1.-Cancellation policy
Cancellations are not subject to reimbursement.
2.-Card charges.
The charge to your credit card is generated as soon as your purchase is confirmed, usually the process takes 24 hours to complete. If the date that you have selected is not available anymore because of overbooking, Tropical Incentives DMC Los Cabos will offer you an alternative date or time.
3.-Prices and exchange rate.
The prices are in Dollars and the charge will be in Dollars. In case of payment with Mexican credit card the prices are also in Dollars but the charge to the card is in Mexican Pesos. The exchange rate used will be according to bank’s exchange rate at the time that charge is completed.
4.-Security.
Tropical Incentives DMC cares that you are confident in your purchase. For this reason, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your card’s information.
5.-Our Privacy/Confidentiality Policy minimal principles.
Over the next lines Tropical Incentives will briefly describe the ruling principles of its Privacy and Confidentiality Policy about the information given by its online services users:
